This series of metering pump can transport general normal temperature water and with strong corrosion, volatile, easy crystallization, flammable, explosive, highly toxic,corrosive, radioactive or other valuable liquid and so on, but also can transport suspended liquid. In order to prevent diaphragm rupture, media and hydraulic oil mixed to cause accidents, the transport of flammable and explosive, highly toxic and valuable liquid can use double diaphragm metering pump and diaphragm rupture alarm device.

Hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is designed by the characteristics of plunger

metering pump and diaphragm metering pump, with the following merits:

1. Advanced hydraulic system design, safe and no leakage.

2. Optional double diaphragm, diaphragm pressure gauge, diaphragm rupture alarm

device.

3. The working pressure can be up to 30MPa, the measuring accuracy is ±1%.

4. The flowrate can be adjusted in both run and stop states.

5. The temperature of medium should better between -30℃ to 100℃, otherwise the

lifespan of the diaphragm would be affected.

6. It can quantitatively transport acid, alkali, water and various special media.

7. It can operate safely when there is no medium in the pump head.

8. No noise, small size, simple operation, convenient maintenance.

This series of metering pump can transport general normal temperature water and
