Product Introduction

Multi-turn actuators, also known as multi-turn valve actuators or multi-turn electric actuators, conform to the ISO 5210 standard. These actuators are designed to withstand the thrust applied to the valve and transmit torque to the valve for at least one full revolution. Typically, multi-turn actuators require more than one revolution. Therefore, gate valves are commonly equipped with rising valve stems, operated based on several rotations performed by multi-turn actuators. For these applications, multi-turn actuators are equipped with a hollow shaft to accommodate the rising valve stem.

Multi-turn Electric Valve Actuators

Actuators are devices that convert energy into motion or force. They play a crucial role in various industries such as aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing. Multi-turn actuators provide rotational motion in multiple turns, making them an ideal choice for applications that require precise and repeatable positioning.

360-degree electric rotary actuators that can seamlessly control linear motion gate and globe valves. They're available for three-phase AC, single-phase AC, and DC motors, offering complete functionality, top-notch reliability, and advanced control systems. These multi-turn electric actuators are the go-to solution for precise on/off / modulating control of substances like water, oil, and gas.

To convert electrical energy into mechanical motion. They have a remarkable ability to rotate a valve or a gear multiple times, making them ideal for various applications, especially when precision and control are paramount.

They come in three flavors: three-phase AC, single-phase AC, and DC motors. Each type has its unique strengths, catering to different operational needs. Whether you're dealing with heavy-duty industrial machinery or smaller-scale applications, there's a multi-turn electric actuator for you.

What sets multi-turn electric actuators apart from the crowd are their diverse features. They offer a complete package of functions, ensuring your operations run smoothly. From precise positioning to robust performance, they've got it all covered.

Reliability is the name of the key in industrial automation. Multi-turn electric actuators take this seriously. They are built to withstand the test of time, offering consistent performance even in the harshest environments.
To stay ahead in the automation industry, you need advanced control systems. Multi-turn electric actuators come equipped with state-of-the-art technology. They are easily integrated into your existing systems, allowing for seamless control and monitoring.

Fluid Control

In the world of fluid control, precision is non-negotiable. Multi-turn electric actuators shine when it comes to controlling the flow of water, oil, and gas. Whether it's a water treatment plant or an oil refinery, these actuators ensure the perfect balance. One of the most common applications is in controlling valves. Valves are used in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, water treatment, and HVAC. Multi-turn actuators are employed to open and close valves, regulating the position to control fluid flow.

In oil and gas applications, multi-turn actuators control the flow of oil and gas through pipelines. They open and close valves to regulate fluid flow and adjust valve positions to maintain a constant flow. The feedback system on the actuator provides information about the valve position to ensure proper operation.

In chemical processing plants, multi-turn actuators control the flow of chemicals through pipelines. They open and close valves to control the flow of chemicals and adjust valve positions to maintain a constant flow. The feedback system on the actuator ensures the valve operates correctly.

Water Treatment and HVAC:

In water treatment plants, multi-turn actuators control the flow of water through a series of pipelines and valves. They open and close valves to control water flow and adjust valve positions to maintain a constant flow. The feedback system on the actuator provides information about the valve position to ensure proper operation.

In HVAC systems, multi-turn actuators control the airflow through pipes and vents. They open and close dampers to control airflow.

Industrial Machinery

When it comes to controlling industrial machinery, safety and accuracy are paramount. Multi-turn electric actuators provide the finesse required for precise movement, making them a valuable asset in factories and production lines.

Design and Operation of Multi-turn Actuators:

Multi-turn actuators are typically powered by electric motors that generate the torque required for a rotating output shaft. The output shaft is connected to a gear mechanism, where gears increase torque and provide the necessary rotation.

The gear mechanism commonly includes worm gears for electric actuators and spur gears for hydraulic and pneumatic actuators. Worm gears are often used in electric actuators, while spur gears are more common in hydraulic and pneumatic actuators. Worm gears offer lower speed with higher torque, while spur gears can provide higher speed at the expense of lower torque.

The gear mechanism is connected to a position feedback system that provides information about the actuator's position. Position feedback systems can be based on potentiometers, rotary transformers, or encoders. A reliable feedback system is crucial for ensuring accurate and repeatable positioning of the actuator.
